Awards

Store Opening Solutions LLC (SOS) has been the recipient of a number of awards based on our commitment to providing efficient, custom services to our customers that save them time and money. Our awards include:

• “Excellent Customer Service Support” – PETCO recognized SOS over multiple years as providing excellent customer service support as a strategic partner to their organization.
• “Vendor of the Year” – PETCO has also recognized SOS as their Vendor of the Year for “Expense Savings and Partnership.”
• “Top 20 Vendor” – Rite Aid has identified SOS as a Top 20 Vendor for our “outstanding teamwork, integrity, and quality.”
• “Above and Beyond” – Rite Aid has also awarded us this honor for our contributions in the Brooks/Eckerd Conversion.
• “Award of Excellence” – FM Global presented SOS an Award of Excellence in recognition of our ongoing commitment to property loss prevention with an emphasis on significant reduction of potential loss exposures.

SOS has also been the recipient of awards in our community, including:

• “Expansion Award” – given by the Nashville Chamber of Commerce.
• “Level 2 – Commitment” – awarded by the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence (TNCPE). TNCPE is a continuous improvement program based on the Malcolm Baldrige national quality program. SOS has been a member since 2001.
• “Excellence in Manufacturing” – SOS was recognized as one of five finalists for the Excellence in Manufacturing award given by the Nashville Chamber of Commerce.
